We were given a handicap room on the main floor with a broken toilet and shower that overflows also the room was behind the lobby and had concrete floors and was very loud in the morning. I have stayed in the hotel many times but this room should not be rented!!!!

The staff was friendly and was a good help. The bed was very stiff and the pillows were very thin and provide no support. There was a lot of outside noise especially later at night. Dont walk around at night if you are a woman i was harassed just outside the hotel by strangers. Its close to the train station so that wqs nice.
