"The house was perfect for two couples, very comfortable and nicely furnished and decorated. Everything we needed was there. The best part is the location. Right off Guadeloupe on a quiet dead end street. And within a two minute walk of Dolina - a fantastic breakfast and pastry place and Chopstix- a classic hole in the wall Asian place with great food- some of the best I’ve had anywhere. Highly recommended. "

"This property was a great place for our small family of 2 grandparents, 2 parents, a young aduly and 2 grandchildren under the age of 4 to stay. There were a total of 5 adults and 2 kids. We brought our own hand soap and paper towels because in most places that stuff isn’t provided, but there was not only hand soap, but laundry detergent, and shampoo available. Check in was easy and when some stray puppies wandered into the property the owners were quick to respond. The view from the patio was...

"Dirt road to quiet and privacy. Cool evenings . About 45 minutes to Taos which has great food and the Taos Cow. Wife loves the shopping (e.g.Moxie). Josey had a fenced yard and a creek to splash in. We have multiple stays here and the owners have become like family."

"The property is one of many condos in a small complex. Our bottom floor, corner unit is burrowed beneath ground level on 1 1/2 sides. Kind of dark inside, coming and going. It has two bathrooms, one tub/shower. But the bathrooms are miniscule, compounded by laundry area. The parking area is sloped downwards at an incline, and lacks enough parking spaces. But this is all of the negative. The furniture is ample. The place was exceedingly clean. There were an incredible amount of supplies...

"We had an amazing time in this home. Kathryn was attentive and welcoming. She cut us fresh sunflowers from the garden and gave us a tour of the historic church across the street on our last day. We slept well as the beds were comfortable and the area was quiet. One of my favorite parts of our stay was enjoying the hot tub. This home is even more stunning in person. It was a real pleasure to meet Kathryn and learn about her work in restoring property in Santa Cruz. The location was great as...
