"La Gonda is a unique, beautiful, classy hotel. We loved the artwork and furniture. The staff were friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Our only suggestion would be to improve the heating in the room because the small alcove with a table and couch was not well heated."

"This hotel is a great place to stay in downtown Santa Fe. But more than that, I was so impressed with how focused everyone was on making sure we were comfortable and happy, and that starts with the management, who also looks after their employees first. Besides the comfortable bed and room, they have a sherry, tea and cookie hour from 4-5, which was quite welcome after cold days sightseeing. The guests gather and mingle during that hour while warming up in front of a fireplace or playing some games on the table where the game board is. The breakfast is amazing. We stayed for 7 nights and ate breakfast there every day. The food at Del Charro was also excellent, though the hotel is within walking distance of many amazing restaurants. We've stayed in lots of hotels, but this one specialized in making us feel like we were home. I cannot recommend Inn of the Governors highly enough. The price is right and the stay was fabulous."

"Great location near the square in Santa Fe. Easily accessible from surrounding areas. The Hotel was beautifully appointed. Safe a spacious guest rooms (they are on a “locked” floor, where you have to have a key card to access). The bed was very comfortable. Very nice bathroom and seating are. The breakfast and kickback were enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Wonderful trip for my family! Easy, beautiful drive up to Ski Santa Fe! After skiing, enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub! Nice, short walk to The Shed for dinner! Great Room Service for breakfast. Valet (Ann) was awesome and always greeted us with a smile. Great Weekend All Around!"
