"This apartment was bright and roomy. We had problems with washing machine (broken starter) and stove (no instructions) and no instructions for television plus remote missing. Leaving a typewritten list of instructions for everything on the table would have been helpful and ensuring that everything was in working order before our arrival - including t.v. service. It was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and lots of space for two adults. Its a little tired, broken pieces on cabinets...

"If I could rate our stay higher than five stars, I happily would. Marie was so easy to communicate with and very helpful about restaurants and other things. The flat itself was amazing. I think it was built around 1840 and still has some of the original marble floors and hardwood. Everything there, though, was totally modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen, tool, and appliance you would ever need. It’s also in a very convenient location and in a very nice neighborhood. "

"Travel connections to everywhere were convenient from this part of Croydon with tons of options for day to day needs like restaurants and groceries. Note that while it's great to be near so much pedestrian-only shopping and a market atmosphere it does mean your taxi cannot come to the door. You do need to be prepared to move your luggage manually about 80 metres to/from a vehicle. "We made a quick trip to introduce our daughter to London. The location is perfect. Close to most of the major tourist attractions: Big Ben, Parliament, the Abbey, the Eye and even Buckingham Palace. Plus many more. The place is clean and was roomy for 3. Living room couch is not comfortable and would be tight for 3 adults but perfect for parents and one kid. It is fairly loud inside the apt. Roof noise at night, sounded like pigeons having a rave that woke us up most nights. Not sure how else to...

"The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel."

"The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "

"The location of the property is outstanding and the property manager was very responsive and responded in a timely manner. High marks there. The photos of the main living area and the main bedroom were accurate. Photos of the rest of the apartment, not so much. There is an area of mold about 30 inches by 5 inches (at the widest point) on an interior hallway wall. Paint was buckling and some plaster was on the floor. in the hallway and in the kitchen. "The flat is beautiful and met all our needs. The location is excellent as short walk to tube. It’s centrally located so short trip to any tourist or business sites. Flat is clean & so thoughtfully decorated. Way better place to stay than hotel. So many wonderful restaurants and pubs right there in the neighborhood.We felt very safe walking around day & night. We will be back. "
