"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"We enjoyed our stay with a large gathering of friends and their families. The house was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well the outdoor firepit and fishing in the pond. We also enjoyed the proximity to hiking and river rafting (which was kid-friendly). After the kids went to bed, the large dining area/ sun room provided a great space to socialize without having to worry about noise disturbing those who were sleeping. "This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared. "Easy 30 minute drive to West Point. In the country, yet outlet mall, restaurants and things to do all within 30 minutes. Very responsive when I text as the keypad didn’t work. They let us in remotely. We had several in our family and we were all comfortable. Nice fire pit, swim spa, and clean. "

"Jeff's place is a gem! The entire house gives a historic cabin vibe while being fully remodeled, but keeping the same charm. The kitchen is one of the most well stocked kitchens I have ever seen. I think there were more spices and ingredients than my own kitchen has! Our group of 11 had a wonderful time eating together at the long table and sitting in the living room relaxing.
