"GPS and the name on the outside of the hotel are Hotel Pasado Jatsiri FYI! Ring the bell on the outside of the building to be let in. We upgraded to a room with A/C and heat which was great as it was chilly. Excellent view from the rooftop terrace of hot air balloons at sunrise! Wish there were room darkening curtains and a lip under the door to keep out bugs/light but stay was great. "

"Here's the deal. I went to VRBO for a quick stay on a certain date. When I booked it two things happened. 1) I was booked on the wrong date. It was supposed to be on the 12th not the 13th. 2) They double booked me on the same property and charged my credit card twice. I explained this to the host immediately and they suggested I might be able to move into something else they had on the 12th. This didn't happen and I never heard from them again. "This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
