"Location was great…building and amenities, great! A few issues with Kakun. 1. They won’t use VRBO to communicate with you so don’t even try 2. The furniture really needed cleaned. It was gross. Afraid to sit on it. 3. They don’t provide any kitchen towels. Had to use paper towels which isn’t earth friendly 4. Kakun rep was an hour late showing up for check in. "The property was perfect for our family of five. The pool and close proximity to the park and a Little Caesar’s was perfect for our younger children. The doormen were very polite. On the morning of our departure, when nothing was going in our favor, he helped us secure transport to the airport. He went above and beyond! La Condesa was very walkable and the abundance of trees had us forgetting we were in Mexico City. "

"Great place...clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Only thing is TVs are a little confusing, especially for elder adults. They're smart TV's with Aps, easy for Netflix, Amazon, etc., but can't really watch live local TV. "

"Most importantly - great location! Tons of awesome restaurants, shops, stores nearby. Make sure to try a Taco Naco or Maizajo or Lardo which are all very walkable from this spot. Nice views out the window of the park. The apartment is clean and nice with a few notes. It was quite hot while we were there (temps were up to 90) and without AC we were quite warm. Windows helped with the heat but being right next to a big street meant lots of very loud noises (honking, ambulances, loud motos) which...

"I flew to Mexico and the owner never answered his phone or any messages on how to get into the property. I called VrBO and they were unable to help. I had to use a different company to find a place to stay for the week. I need a full refund and future credit."
