"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. They also required payment on arrival instead of at check-out. There are no cafes walking distance, and long waits for...

"The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "

"We were really happy with this apartment for our stay in Oaxaca City. It's in a quieter neighborhood, we loved the outdoor terrace and the views. It was very clean and we had everything needed. We especially appreciated the property manager Emily, she was extremely responsive and addressed any questions and needs that we had promptly.
