La ubicación es muy buena y te facilita poder caminar a muchos de los lugares populares. Aparte, el trato con el personal fue muy bueno, Carlo y Miguel fueron demasiado amables y nos ayudaron mucho. Nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones y compartieron mucha información con nosotros y nos hicieron sentir cómodos y seguros."

"I've been living outside the capitol for 12 years, Enjoy trying new places when doing business downtown and recommending the ones where the staff is helpful, friendly and supportive. I did not find that to be the case here. This hotel seems to be about making money, not building good relationships. Sad. Good news is there are places like Arnels in Jalatlaco where you'll be treated like family. :)"
