"I stayed for 6 nights and explored Oaxaca city and the surrounding area. This place was perfectly located in the artsy area of the city. There is not a ton of natural light in the main room and middle bedroom, but I stayed in the room with lots of light facing the front entrance and it was duvine. It was great having a kitchen and coffee pot for saving on eating out! But eat out a little as the food in Oaxaca is amazing. "

They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "The property was clean and well spaced out. The location was not too far out from the city center. The host is not the best at communicating. I had to reach out to him for the check in instructions 2 hours before check in because he didn’t send me anything. He would also take a while to get back to me when I would ask him questions related to the property. "

With Oaxaca being a place know for good eats, at times there’s leftovers and with the microwave there it was perfect to reheat some food.
