"Although the hotel was in a sketchy area, it was well-maintained, clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast offered a good amount of variety and the food was good. It is also near public transportation (train station & city bus depot/ bus stop), making it convenient to get into the city or surrounding attractions."

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! We had an early flight, and even though our room wasn't ready, the staff kindly held our bags while we went out to explore DC. The shuttle makes it very convenient to access the metro, which is all you really need! If you're planning to use the metro, definitely take the shuttle bus to DCA and then hop on the metro from there. The hotel room itself was very nice, clean, and a perfect fit for three people. On our second day, we didn’t expect room service to come in due to our short stay, but they still tidied up the room for us while we were out, providing fresh towels and other necessities. The Bistro was another great feature! After long days, we didn’t feel like going back into DC to find a nice restaurant, so we decided to eat there both nights. Honestly, The Bistro was just perfect. The food was excellent. If I ever return to DC, I will definitely be staying here again!"
