"We had a wonderful time and a great stay. However, I've stayed in Palisades numerous times and we felt that this unit was overpriced. Building 4 is one of the furthest buildings from the ski lifts so it was quite a walk carrying ski equipment. Also, there were a few things that the unit should have been better equiped with. That is, basic things a Hotel in this same price catagory would provide, i.e., decent sized bar soap, shampoo, conditioner. "

"This was great for the two of us. Step out the side door of the complex into the village, and just a couple hundred feet to the gondolas. The unit is on the first floor looking out over the outdoor hot tubs and up to the mountains. The underground parking can be a bit tight, but we were always able to find a stall when we returned from a ride."

"We just spent our annual girls trip at this beautiful condo in Brockway Springs and could not have asked for a better rental! The unit is easy to access, very clean, perfect lake side location, and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! The host is so kind, very quick with communication and easy to contact. We decided this will be our go to annual vacation home, and already cannot wait to go back next year!! "

"Location could not have been more perfect, a quick 7-10 min walk down to the village. Easy access - ski down to the gondola. We parked the car and never drove until checkout. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Really great space for a family of 4. Ski locker is right outside to store all the gear. Excellent communication with Jason. Jason's condo was such a nice experience, we're already looking to go back. Thank you!"

"I have stayed at Everline before. It's a fabulous property and has its own chairlift to Pallisades. Unfortunately, there was heavy rain and wind in the forecast and I decided not to go as there would be little or no opportunity ski. Marsha was incredibly generous and offered me new dates at no charge. Much appreciated Marsha!"

"It was a nice place to stay with family. Check-in was easy, though the WiFi password provided on the app was incorrect. Everything else was good. It would be nice to have a few more utensils available, but it was manageable"

"The place is very nice, clean and the beds are ok. Too soft for my test, others might enjoy it Kitchen has plenty of stuff for cooking, it just missed the coffee:(. Sofa in the living room IS SOOOO BAD, old and very uncomfortable and the leather is pulling off the sofa! For the amount of money that we paying for the stay, they should invest in a better sofa. There a major crack in the Tiles going across in the master bathroom and small pieces starting the break off and my grandson almost cut...

"This place is great. Unfortunately there was a plumbing emergency our first night which resulted in no running water. The hosts were prompt to respond and advocated for us to VRBO to get a refund and credit. Our brief vacation (2 nights) was ruined, but I’d stay at this place again in a heartbeat. "

"Walk everywhere, no shuttle required, quaint view into the village with high ceilings. Kitchen has essentials with compact but smart storage and fridge. Sofa bed linens were half missing, typical Vacasa, but not enough to detract from a really nice stay."

"Property was a little hard to find and some of the instructions weren’t extremely clear. Overall it was a nice place in a great location. The internet was out most of the stay and it would have been nice for the cold nights we couldn’t go out so we could watch a movie, but everything else was great."
