"Second time staying here and it was just as good the second time. Hotel was clean and welcoming and had a nice to feel to it. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We had the breakfast buffet both mornings which we enjoyed and a variety of food everyone and for various dietary requirements. Hotel is close to the train station and town centre which useful. Will definitely be recomending and staying again "

"We stayed here for a trip to London as well Harry Potter (2 adults and a 7 year old), this hotel was between the two which is why we chose it. The hotel proximity was close to the train station to catch a train into London which took about 10/15 mins, as well as the bus to Harry Potter studios (which was also free and a nice bonus). The hotel was perfect, whilst it didnt look anything special from the outside, the inside was clean, modern and comfortable. Just what we needed as somewhere just to sleep. We stayed for 2 nights, breakfast was great. It was small but had everything you'd want and tasty too. The second night we had a light meal on the evening. The food was excellent value for money, particularly considering the proximity to London, and really tasty with lots of it, not at all what we expected for the reasonable prices. Drinks at the bar are also extremely reasonably priced too. The car park is small, and we couldnt book a space prior to going, but we booked a space at the train station which was a £14 weekend rate and within a small walking distance from the hotel. We would 100% stay there again should we visit London."

"Staff were very friendly, bedroom was already made up and ready for us when we arrived. Nice and quiet we hardly hear any other people walking around. This is our 2nd stay and afer the first time we stayed i recommend to family and friends. Breakfast is lovely and a great selection. Nothing is too much trouble. "

"What the rooms may have lacked in modern decor everything else more than made up for it. All the staff were incredibly friendly, breakfast was excellent, spotless rooms, comfy bed with quality linens, well stocked toiletries and tea/cofee/biscuits in room. As I was there for Boxing Day I had the bonus of a Christmas card and some delicious handmade truffles left in my room. "

"The room was absolutely lovely, the only downside was that you could not turn the heater off in the bathroom. It was extremely hot and kept burning ourselves as we walked past it, so would be cautious with kids. "
