"We stayed here the day of the red weather warning, we arrived the staff were excellent and very polite and efficient with helping us. A quality hotel. The room was clean and warm. The resturants food was very tasty and the servers were fantastic. The only negative I had would not be with the hotel nor their staff, however the airport shuttle did not show up at all, despite no indication that it was off and we had seen several shuttle buses go by."
