The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. The color and intensity of the photos pictured online are a bit more vivid of the property and inside the home than in person, but we were still very happy with our stay. It is centrally located to many Tuscan villages. There is a great Gala grocery store in Sinalunga that has everything you need including a deli and bakery. There are endless castles, fortresses, grape fields, olive trees and cypress trees. "
