"An absolutely magical Christmas holiday in a perfect location! The house...well, really a main house with an incredibly spacious guest house... was beautifully appointed and spotless with plenty of room for our family (that included our two adult children and their spouses as well as an 8 month old baby) to gather - and to spread out.  The property feels like an authentic Tuscan villa....but better; the bedrooms each had new ensuite bathrooms and the new kitchen was well outfitted for us to be able to cook and serve wonderful holiday meals.  Even at that time of year, we were able to spend afternoons playing bocce and enjoying lunch on the well manicured grounds while soaking in the far-reaching views over rolling groves of olives and vineyards to nearby iconic hilltop towns.  Jeannine, the house manager, could not have been more accommodating and responsive.  Her warm welcome - complete with a delicious homemade lasagna and Tuscan Christmas cake - made us feel like we were visiting an old friend.  She worked very hard to make our Christmas holiday stay feel festive and comfortable...and she totally succeeded in every way.  We will be back for sure!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! It was just wonderful, and Luigi was a fantastic host! The views from every part of the villa are amazing! It was so fun to see all of the sheep each morning and watch the sunset in the evenings. We were fortunate enough to be in town for the olive festival in Montisi, the quaint little village just a few miles away. We had a blast! The recommended chef who cooked for us at the villa, Giancarlo from the Tuscan Chef, was incredible! What a fantastic recommendation! We also loved the food in town at Cantina 97. It was awesome! We hope that we can come back to this special villa again someday!"

"Lovely property quiet and spacious. Well appointed and handy to all little villages. Very helpful caretaker who helped us with a few problems we had with our car rental after we blew a tyre. We found out there were no local taxi services and Jo suggested places we could try. "

"Luigi went above and beyond in providing suggestions of restaurants and things to do in the area. He was also helpful when we were have trouble calling our car rental….always willing to help out and answer questions. The home is very clean and has the old Italian rustic charm. The beds were comfortable. There is no AC but fans are provided for every room. There were beautiful sunsets every night by the pool. The views of the rolling Tuscan hills were spectacular. The color and intensity of the photos pictured online are a bit more vivid of the property and inside the home than in person, but we were still very happy with our stay. It is centrally located to many Tuscan villages. There is a great Gala grocery store in Sinalunga that has everything you need including a deli and bakery. There are endless castles, fortresses, grape fields, olive trees and cypress trees. "

"Beautiful expansive views of the Crete Senese and Val D’Orcia landscapes, with Sant’Anna in Camprena where the English Patient was filmed standing out. The apartments are large, modern inside and well equipped. Some things one should know. There is no AC, which means that the quality of sleep can be affected in a heat wave. It cools at night and the windows are large, but there are mosquitoes and no window nets. There are mosquito coils, but the fumes can be worse than the bites for someone sensitive to chemicals. Despite not sleeping much in the last night there (August heat), I still felt depressed moving to Sorano and Pitigliano area, which is not too shabby :) I missed the panoramic views afforded from Bombina. I would suggest getting rid of the planted bushes around the pool, at least towards to valley, which block the view while swimming or hanging by the pool. It also attracts ants and insects."

"This villa is too beautiful to express in words. The views are breathtaking, the villa is perfect in every way. There were 10 of us and it more than suited our needs. Perfect location surrounded by the Tuscan hills. Sunsets are gorgeous! Pool was fantastic. Luigi, the owner, was accessible and always willing to help. We hired The Tuscan Chef for 2 night and that was a real experience. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Don’t pass this one up. It’s wonderful "
