"Great staff and service. We arrived a bit earlier, and I asked for an early check-in. The staff did everything to accommodate us. They offered us coffee and beverages while we were waiting for our room. The room was clean with a great view. They also sent us a cute little welcoming gift since my daughter and I were celebrating our time together. The staff helped us with restaurant reservations as well. The area is very safe and within walking distance to the Duomo. Highly recommend. "

"Well can I say. We’ve been back a week from this hotel after booking it for my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. The staff at the hotel in particular Anna and lorenzo had clear communications with me from the off. On arrival the check in very smooth everything explained. As we got the room the room was well presented with balloons chocolates roses and bubbles. When we return I will definitely be booking this hotel again "

"I was looking for an affordable hotel during salone which is imposible this was my option thinking I may was not going to get something very nice, it did exceed my expectations from clean, look, location, staff, the housekeeper, and as an interior designer the design and aesthetic amazing. It is under construction but it didn’t bother me I didn’t hear any noise whatsoever. Great highly recommend"

"The hotel is located in a vibrant area of Milan with shops and restaurants, in abundance. The M1 metro line station is conveniently situated a few steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak very good English! Like many older Italian hotels, the rooms have character and are adorned with marble bathrooms. The room was spacious with a large bed, fridge and safe. In contrast, the dining room on the top floor was modern with floor to ceiling glass doors. The breakfast catered for all tastes, with a selection of hot dishes, cold meats, fruits and pastries. A nice little touch, was the marshmallow treats in reception!"
