"This house was spacious and very convenient to downtown and Southeastern. Check in process was easy as long as you get the message with the link to submit a form (I did not pay that part any attention, so it's on me). The only warning I would give to potential renters is you are going to climb a lot of stairs. The until is on the 3rd and 4th floors. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Southeastern with a lot of people. The unit has everything you could need and is well thought out."

"I’ve stayed in one of their other properties and enjoyed it so I felt comfortable rebooking and it did not disappoint! The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and shopping, quick access to the highways and right next to the lovely Bolin Trail. The condo is clean with cute and comfortable bed linens, full baths upstairs and a useful kitchen for cooking. I would stay again and enjoy their easy and prompt communication when I have any questions. "

"This condo is reasonably comfortable for 2 people. It felt safe and convenient. Quirks include a completely west-facing orientation, which means it gets very bright and warm on a sunny day, and you will wait a fairly long time for hot water. I would note that the listing clearly mentioned a hot tub as an amenity, but there is none in the building. A bit more attention could be paid to upkeep: the fitted sheet we slept on was badly pilled and needed replacing; the ice maker did not work; 1 door...

"The photos are not current. There were two bath towels . I would not consider the kitchen equipped to make a meal. Missing paint on the walls , damaged bathroom floor areas. Inside bathroom cabinet look like they have never been cleaned per the large red stains inside the drawer. "

Our host provided a very helpful list of all the places to eat and let us know about the wonderful co-op grocery store just a block or two away. We had everything we needed. Perfect! Highly recommended. "
