"All good, the only let down was no internet, and as a working stay , no work could be done, But that was the only down side. My evening meal and breakfast were excellent."

"Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. "

I got my best nights of sleep, my hottest showers with the best water pressure, and wonderful food and drink. They made me feel at home and it is the only stop of my stay that I eagerly plan to return to. They helped with some logistical problems, answered questions, and made me feel part of the family. My...
