"Staff extremely helpful under tricky conditions. With storm we had no electricity from 8am on 24th and still not connected this morning when I left. Staff put on a log stove in Bistro,managed to do teas n coffees on small gas heater, supplied good battery lamps for each resident, Manager even carefully drove in evening into part of Lanark with power and brought back a meal for an older person staying for BnB, She would not take money for that. "Terrific place to stay. Well organised, well run. Alan was very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. There were nice little touches, such as facial wipes, cotton pads and ear buds left out for guests. We had a lovely breakfast, great accommodation and had a really nice stay."

"We received a very warm welcome by the duty managers. They were very understanding when we requested a later check in as we were traveling all the way from Inverness. Nothing was a problem at all. We stayed for two nights and breakfast both mornings was amazing. Thoroughly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. We will definitely be back when we can. "

"We actually booked this as a Half way point Ish lol. On a Trip up to Nairn. There is No question that it’s a great Value option and the Staff were very accommodating. Enjoyable and relaxing overnight stay in Glasgow.

"I had an overnight stay at the Motel One in Glasgow City Centre. The hotel in ideally situated across the street from Glasgow Central Station and 15 minute walk from Buchanan Street bus station. The hotel’s public areas are well furnished. The room allocated was small but fine for a single occupant, clean and comfortable. Tea /coffee making equipment / supplies provided. The breakfast provided was very nice. All of the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay at the hotel again if visiting Glasgow. "
