"The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor...

"I am not one for negative reviews and realize hard to maintain, manage properties. But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. What started as likely pretty mediocre quality "camp" like structure has significant deferred maintenance issues. The outside entry way is essentially plywood, frost heaved pavers, peeling paint. "Very good place to stay. All of the accommodations were excellent. The only difficulty--and this is no fault of the apartment itself--was that it snowed and the roads did not get plowed the morning I needed to get out and it was nearly impossible to drive up the huge hill unplowed. If I hadn't had a four-wheel drive rental car, I would have been stuck. Just FYI, regarding weather and conditions of the resort. It is very hilly and road care could have been much better."

"We came to Jay for a wedding, great house and location for venue. Only things is th main bedroom comforter had dog hair of top, you couldn’t tell at first when we arrived at night but in the morning with the sun I saw it. Everything else was clean."

"This condo was exactly as described. It was meticulously clean and well-located within the Jay Peak resort. It was family-friendly and comfortably appointed with items such as a pack-n-play and a high chair. The host, Danny, was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again. Highly recommend! "
