"The best thing I can say about our stay was the staff. We were able to switch rooms easily. The elevator doesn’t work so you have to take the stairs. One night we got in a little late and there were guests in their room with the door wide open. The hallways and rooms smell like old cigarettes and dogs. I just expected with the hotel being in a decent area the conditions of the hotel would’ve been better. "

"The room was very clean and modern looking check in was easy less than 2 minutes I had my keys and was walking over to my room they had coffee that I could access at 8:00 at night so love this location and would reserve a room in the future again"

"The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. We weren't quite ready to go to bed so we...

"There were unattended children at the hotel about 1:30am kids knocked on our door as hard as they could started laughing and took off running as fast as they could we were on the 7th floor not sure what floor they were on our floor did not have cameras I messaged the staff to let them know what happened but this has never happened to me before and we travel a lot. I really was enjoying the stay until this happened my husband paid for us to have a nice relaxing weekend away from home. "
