"I had an amazing stay at this location. It was clean in, and in a great location for attractions and things to do. Their was a few cons with staying here. I wasn't able to get breakfast one morning due to so many people in the breakfast area (literally arms touching) Also I went down in the afternoon to purchase drinks from down in the giftshop/store and the employee complained each time about how she had to ring the drinks up and how it took so long. "The rooms are immaculate. The staff is cordial and extremely accommodating. The amenities are more than adequate for any traveler. Breakfast, though not included, was absolutely amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Becky, just seemed happy to help and went and above and beyond her job description. Of all the hotels on the strip of road that leads to the Hilton, this one made us feel like royalty. We stayed the night after seeing a concert at Lenovo. "The best thing I can say about our stay was the staff. We were able to switch rooms easily. The elevator doesn’t work so you have to take the stairs. One night we got in a little late and there were guests in their room with the door wide open. The hallways and rooms smell like old cigarettes and dogs. I just expected with the hotel being in a decent area the conditions of the hotel would’ve been better. "

"Double Trees are generally pretty good, this one wasn’t one of the better ones I’ve stayed at. Front desk staff was average and not very accommodating. Bar and restaurant staff were great and the food/value was very good "
