"We've stayed here before and had a great experience both times. This time, we found out we could leave our car there, and they would transport us to the airport, and pick us up on our return. Only $5/night to leave our car at the hotel!!! Beats paying for parking at the airport. We will definitely stay at Sonesta each and every time we are going to fly from Raleigh airport."

"Our room was great for the price point. Clean, bed slept well. The complimentary breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. Had to contact front desk around midnight due to people partying outside our room in the parking lot. They quickly too care of it."

"This building is LEED Certified. The building is nicely decorated, ALL of the STAFF is friendly, helpful, and ready to assist in any way they can to make your visit welcoming and pleasant. We did have a bit of extra exciting entertainment, in the form of a fire alarm during the middle of the afternoon, which attests to the staff being prepared for the unlikely event of an actual emergency. It appears that a smoke detector//alarm detectors the burning popcorn in one of the guests room, which caused the alarm to sound. Hotel was evacuated in an orderly fashion/manner. The manager profusely apologized to each guest for the disruption. Thankfully the weather was nice, and there wasn’t an actual event that could have caused property damage and or life/safety issues. The reason for our stay was to take our dog to the cardiologist veterinary Doctors at NC State which included a three day visit."

"Staff was very kind and attentive! Easy checkin, shuttle was on time and super convenient to get back to the airport. The shuttle driver kindly helped another passenger out when he didn’t know where he had to go. The front desk staff took my bags out to the shuttle without being asked. Very pleasant stay! "
