"The kids swimming pool not deep enough to enjoy with your kids, no steam room which was advertised on expedia and staff where to busy to answer calls or didnt call back, other than that its great."

Gas fire place instead of actual fire place which is deceptive but safer option I guess for the hotel given the lack of human interaction. All round a pleasant stay. "
