Overall very nice, but the bottom floor has a funky smell (possibly from the toilets) and a lot of knocking noises at night probably from the piping

Short stay in Phillip Island !
Comfortable location and easy parking access. Only issue is there is no WIFI provided inside the unit and not as advertised on the internet services. Overall, a memorable stay in Phillip Island !

We really enjoyed our stay here for the week we were in Phillip Island. Really clean and spacious townhouse with filled kitchen supplies. Nice and close to shops and tourist attractions. Quiet and easy to get to. Reception staff were lovely and easy to talk to. Option to pre check in made it much easier. Overall great experience and if we are ever to stay in Phillip Island again, we will more than likely book there to stay.

It was a roomy property but the furniture looked second hand. The design of the building was unusual in that windows did not open and so they were dirty as was the louvre window. The downstairs bathroom had no where to place soap etc. It was not a functional space.

Walking distance to town and supermarket etc. Bed was nice and comfy, linen was nice etc. Amenities provided were good - soaps, tea, coffee, milk etc., some cooking oil and salt and pepper would be nice. Nice and light and bright. Kitchen is really handy Mostly clean but one of the high windows in the loungeroom was full of cobwebs and bugs which was a bit gross. Had to kill a few bugs around the house, some insect spray under the sink would be good. Some grout and silicone in the shower is a bit mouldy, probably should be replaced. Some of the cooking utensils really need replacing. Only one lamp out of the 3 bedrooms had a working light globe & the lampshades were a bit worse for wear. Couch a little dirty. A table on the balcony and cleaning of the chairs would've been nice. Blinds on the upper windows in the master bedroom are really needed. Can't sleep past 6am and light comes in from neighbours at night. Not the quietest neighbourhood. Information on the access to the garage needs to be provided as no remote was given. The inside door from the garage to the house was really stuck at first I thought it was locked. Finally got in to see the electronic lift of the garage door appears broken, had to manually lift and close garage door which is fine but there was no communication about it. Coathangers in the wardrobes would be useful. No WIFI! Half the tv channels don't work. Overall good but there are a few things that could easily be improved on to make it great.

The property had nice views and was clean! There was room for parking as well. It was a little chilly for the lower floor as it didn’t have a heater. Other than that, the facilities in the property was great.

Large property. Comfy beds, well lit. Beautiful clean bathrooms. Paper thin walls, could hear neighbours all night. Without air con or heating in bottom bedrooms, could be an issue in summer. Very basic amenities, really could do with some more crockery and pots/pans. Wifi would be nice. Over all happy with the stay.

Nice clean facilities with a big table available to share a meal. There were no tea towels, which made things a bit difficult, but aside from that a very pleasant stay :)
