"Property is located in a nice area. Our biggest problem, and the reason we left early, was that the bed was rock hard. Property manager claims its a medium matress, but as someone who grew up around a furniture store that sells mattresses and sleeps on a medium mattress at home, either he was lied to or he doesn't know what he is talking about.
