"They upgraded us to a beautiful suite with an amazing view. Plenty of restaurant options and multiple casinos. The only thing we didn’t like was the long check in line but we just ended up checking in later anyways"

"The staff at The Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina is nothing short of amazing! I had spoke to a gentleman on the phone and he was so helpful and pleasant. The woman that checked us in was a doll! The young man that checked us out was super nice. These 3 individuals should give Customer Service lessons to the industry! That alone made our stay wonderful! The room was clean, nice amenities, beautiful view. We're looking forward to staying again!"
