No complaints really, but was disappointed with check in representative: we asked for a space available upgrade knowing there were plenty of rooms available online, we were told fully booked; then asked for 1h late checkout on Sunday, again same answer fully booked, meanwhile EIGHT grades of rooms still available tomorrow on website! Doesn’t encourage me to ever return, despite how beautiful. Customer service is everything."
