"Really nice glamping pod with its own small loo. There were a few cobwebs and dust on the window sill, otherwise it felt clean and tidy. Staff in reception were very pleasant. Very quiet overnight this may change if an event is being held tho. Overall a very peaceful and comfortable stay"

"I arrived early and my room wasn't ready but I was offered free coffee and cake in a very comfortable lounge. When I did get into my room I was extremely pleased. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. I appreciated the generous hospitality tray and full-sized, good-quality toiletries. The dining room is like a huge school dining room with long tables geared towards communal dining. I was traveling alone and felt more comfortable eating in the bar area. I had a curry, which was clearly a microwaved offering and rather pricey for what it was. Breakfast was served in the dining room and I thought that was very good value for money. I enjoyed my stay and I would stay here again. If I had one suggestion to management it would be to make the menu in the dining room available to those who wish to eat in the bar area."
