"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

We never did figure out how to catch a bus. We opted to uber to RER and back, it was pretty affordable. The location was really close to Disney. It was about 45min - 1hr from most Paris attractions. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one.
