"Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

Having a toilette and shower in every room made it perfect for our group of 13. Very comfortable. My only disappointment was that the A/C barely worked with request not to touch the temperature. The house did not offer any portable fans that we could find. Also, it was represented that there was laundry available, we could not find a washing machine....

"The room is super cosy and clean in the centre of Paris Nice coffee and tea bar, small fridge, hairdrier. I liked shower cabin which is very large for Paris :) The team could be flexible with check in, so don't hesitate to ask if you can check in earlier. "

The shower was hot and the towels were soft. The kitchen was well equipped. The balcony and hot tub were wonderful!
