"The staff were not helpful and seemed a bit detached from the interests of the guests. They had appropriate greetings but did not extend themselves to provide information that was useful. I would stay here again, however, as we enjoyed the hotel and the location with the ease of access to taxis. Loved the Gothic district."

"I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. From the moment I arrived, the staff impressed me with their warm hospitality—every member of the team was polite, kind, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. At the reception we were greeted by Jeff, very polite and very impressed that he spoke a few words of my native language. Every morning for our breakfast every staff member greets you and does pay attention to you, ready to please you and assist you. We were welcomed by Lyetta, she was so helpful and funny and so patient with us as we were trying to speak French (rusty ahaha) but she would always encourage us and help us improve. She was always so pleasant and cheerful. Definitely recommend this lovely I had a truly wonderful stay at the Pullman Hotel in Paris. "
