"Cute lil chipotle apartment in a great area close to downtown and walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. The furniture is your standard mdf so it has a few chips in it. Also there’s like a rubber lining on the mattress and pillows that made them hot to sleep on. And the a/c shuts itself off every 4 hours. Not like when it reaches temp, but like OFF off. Still for the price point it’s great. "

"The point of contact was great for the most part until I asked to remedy the situation or a partial refund. We had to leave the night we got there (booked for 2 nights). Tack strips were exposed through the carpet, a bunch of mold in one bathroom, and a used bandaid on the bed which my baby got ahold of before I noticed it. "We did not stay at this location for several reasons. 1) Did not know we had to sign and fill out a waiver 3) Parking was not clear and spent about half an hour finding gate and location. 4) Your pictures did not represent how it looked in the apartment. it is actually a dorm apartment. 5) Absolutely no blankets in the place. "Loved this place. Great view, very clean, comfortable beds, fun! We had a slight problem with the sink and maintenance was here in 10 minutes and even a follow up call. I’d come back here in a minute!"
