"My daughter and I loved staying at this cute, clean and charming tiny house! The size was perfect for us! The bed was so comfortable, and the little tv area was a great place to play games and watch a movie. The hosts were very communicative and kind. I highly recommend! "

Killer (and private!) rooftop deck just for you with seating for 4 and ash trays if you'd like to smoke.

"I loved this rental space. Perfect for one person or a couple. very convenient to everyplace I needed to go. Nicely furnished with a very comfortable Murphy bed. I will definitely stay there again."

"Very clean, but outside area needs sprucing up. The codes did not work to enter. Had to call and could only enter by key. Needed info on his to work the tv and ac/heat."

"Great location, within walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. Property was well kept and clean. Edwin and Mindy were extremely responsive and accommodating to ours needs. Would love to get a larger group together to stay again in the main house!."

"The place is in a great part of Austin and is a walkable distance to parks and grocery stores. It had everything I needed with lots of kitchen utensils. The place was clean, bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. While there is some noise as it’s close to both a highway and train tracks, I work from home and had no issues. The host is super nice and her dog and cats were also friendly. Overall it was one of the best stays I’ve had!"

"We stayed in the downstairs section of this 2-story duplex. There were no problems with noise from the other guests during our 4-night stay. The neighborhood is calm and residential. The property is very modern and all the features were in good repair and worked perfectly, including the washer & dryer. We always cook on our stays, and we found the kitchen was well-provisioned. The whole place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The walk-in shower is particularly nice. The duplex is in walking...

"Kristen was a wonderful hostess and was prompt with stay instructions and local suggestions. Property is clean and very well maintained. Nice amenities were a bonus (Keurig, bottles of water, bath products). We felt very safe in the area, even when arriving back to the property very late in the evening."

"Like the convenience of a kitchen. Bedroom and bed very small, no natural light. Code to enter door did not work so had to request a key fob. Water pressure in shower minimal. People friendly. REquested a tea bag and was told they did not have them."
