"I can not say enough how fantastic this accommodation / location / staff were. Lisa was amazing with helping me sort issues with booking through Expedia (i will definitely book direct with them next time, but thank you Lisa, only for you i would have been lost. Simon the manager, what can i say, the customer service, helpfulness, kindness was second to none. Really really appreciate how you looked after us. Thank you so much. Fantastic service all round, highly recommend and will be returning....

"Clayton Hotel Dublin Airport is our favorite airport to use when flying home to the US from visiting Dublin. It's super convenient, efficient, secure. It has everything we need for a comfortable stop-off and a good dinner and sleep before flying out the next day. We've stayed here several time. The most recent visit was consistent with earlier experiences."

"The hotel was clean and the room was spotless and spacious. Where this hotel falls down is the lift only goes to the 5th floor for some reason! We then had to get out of the lift, walk down a long corridor and walk up a flight of stairs to access our room. Made very little sense and may be an issue from an accessability point of view. "

"I got to my "superior" room which cost over 300 EUR per night to find that there was no desk. Not great for a business trip. Apparently some rooms have desks but the hotel was full that night so there were no other rooms. When I complained, someone tried to call me the next day and offered to move me for my second night. So despite the problem the service was pretty good. And it was very good in other ways as well. In terms of the room, it was small and looked out over an air conditioning unit....
