The breakfast was amazing and the pool was very clean and a nice place to be. The staff were really helpful , nothing was too much . We needed a break and we got it here. "Isabel was at checkin and was very friendly. We had changed our reservations and they were accommodating. BUT the room we were in had a serious plumbing or septic issue. It was very smelly and they must have been aware of this before putting us in this room. Also, there was an outside light that was on all night shining into our room. we were told it could not be shut off. The location is great and Sagres is a wonderful town with great vibes. Hopefully this was just our experience and management...

"Very, very thin walls - you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. Very dated place, cupboards, electrical & furniture need replacing as they are quite disgusting, pretty dirty through wear & tear over the years. Staff great, but only so much they can do. Road to place dreadful, ideally suited to a 4x4 vehicle, not an ordinary rental car. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Praia do Burgau! The staff was wonderful! The breakfast area was beautiful! The hotel is located in the small town of Burgau. It was located close to the beach and several very good restaurants. We highly recommend staying there! "
