"Really loved the room, property and location, but unfortunately didn’t have a working AC, which is tough in summer. We were told to turn it on and wait but we woke up many times in the night in sweat. Even kept the blackout shades down in the day, but it didn’t help. "We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it.
