There is no air-con and it is quite dirty as you can see in the pictures. Also no wifi in the property but we were told we could access it outside by using the code in reception but its really slow when working. The kitchen area was small and quite unuseable and also you are not provided with any cloths, detergent or tea towels to clean up with but...

"The property is lovely & has an amazing view We felt it needed a few more little things such as a kettle,hairdryer, toaster & an iron as it has a ironing board but no iron, as no AC which we were aware off perhaps a pedestal fan would have helped a little .apart from those minor things everything was there that you needed. "We annoyed our staying at the apartment. The property is conveniently located. The view is fenomenal but the “patio/garden” is very run down and very dangerous for children. The apt is pretty small and the ceiling in the living room and one bedroom is pretty low. There is a steep and pretty dangerous stone-stair that gets to the apartment."

"Apartment was lovely and spacious, set in nice grounds. Staff were all very helpful, and we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, simply because they 'had one available' which was nice. The only negative about this hotel is that although on some websites it is advertised with a pool, the pool can only be used if certain apartments have been booked, so please check this, as we were disappointed that we did not have access. However, there is a beach, 10 mins walk and a nicer beach about 20 mins...

"We had a lovely stay in Limpiddu. Property is exactly as described and it is great to have pool on the doorstep. Apartment is walking distance to a shop, pizzeria and cafe and beaches are just a short drive away. Monica was really helpful, offering suggestions of places to go etc. and was always contactable. Similarly, Marco, who greeted us on site, was also extremely helpful, offering suggestions and any assistance we needed. This is a great base for exploring this beautiful part of Sardinia."

"The staff were so nice and accommodating! We didn’t have a car upon arrival and they set us up a rental immediately! They have a private beach within walking distance, but many amazing restaurants and beaches are reachable in a 5-10 min drive. The room was spacious and clean, a bit dated but gave beach house vibes and we weren’t spending much time indoors so we didn’t mind! Definitely recommend staying here. "
