"Everything was nearly perfect except my room’s AC was not cooling as it should. I did report it but it was late in the day and it wasn’t on time before my departure."

"The hotel is in a nice location but that’s all, dated and in poor condition. There is no restaurant on site but some food ones around 3 mins away driving though. Worse mattress ever, which we requested change but that didn’t happened. Wouldn’t recommend it despite nice reception staff "

"Would recommend this villa for adult groups. A little remote (car essential) but the benefit is amazing views over the coast. House keeper doesn’t speak English so a little Italian is useful. Nevertheless, she is very helpful. Wi-fi is non existent, but more due to the remote location than anything else. "

"The property is very nice and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lovely garden adds to the charme. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have air conditioning since during the really hot days it was hard to sleep. We will definitely be back !"

"Check in was easy and quick! Only drawback the lift was not working for two days which was a bit of a hassle for us. when it was fixed it was a pleasure! Breakfast and dinner was included and so good! A first for us was that your table gets allocated for your whole stay which i wish all hotels would do that! No rushing and queing for a table. "Really cute hotel in one of the cutest towns in Punta Sardegna! Service is excellent and super friendly. Miriam at the front-desk was particularly kind and efficient. She made checking-in and out a breeze. The hotel is down a short slope with small stores, and right in front of a beautiful beach. Overall a great stay! Highly recommend. "

"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."
