"Hotel is in an area close to different atractions, but even the staff is ok, could be a lot of space for improvement. Internet didn’t work the second night and the front office guy told me at the begging that there was something wrong in my devices and later realize the signal works really bad. "

"The grounds of this place are beautiful. The room was just ok. It was in the "Heritage" section and on the smaller side. The shower was the smallest we'd seen in the 6 hotels we stayed in during our trip. It also was the only one without a makeup mirror and the only one who did not provide a tote bag to use when going to the beach or for excursions. Possibly the rooms in the other side of the hotel are nicer. The ones on the website look much nicer than the ones we were given."

Gino & Monica were instant family. I always felt so safe and taken care of by both of them. I had no idea how special this stay would become. We were told that it was because the resort had switched from heating to cooling, which I get, but that didn't keep me warm at night while my wife and I huddled under 2 blankets "
