"We really enjoyed our stay at this magnificent hotel. The staff and service is first class. The decor is the high end Sardi decor I was hoping to experience. Dinner at La Palma was superbe, not to mention the romantic ambiance and elegant decor. The daily breakfasts were a great way to start the day and were presented in such a fine fashion. Rooms need a little TLC, maintenance appears to be reasonable but not as tight as it could be, wallpaper beginning to peel and moisture damage on the bottom of doors. Secondly, on the website it said they offer 24/7 airport transfers - turns out they just book you a taxi.
