"Initially the front desk was a little unfriendly. I think the woman’s name was Cecilia (I forget). However, they grew in kindness over time. The room was nice, however there was a ton of mold. In the shower of course, but when I pulled back the drapes, there was a 4 inch space all around the window walls of mold. "Great location and facilities. It was my birthday and I appreciated the bottle of bubbly in my room. The cleaning staff were were very friendly. The indoor pool was lovely. The only problem was that we booked the hotel because it had a spa but the hotel did not inform us beforehand that it was closed during the two days that we were there. That was very disappointing. "
