Además tiene un agradable porche donde se puede desayunar y estar por la noche muy agusto y fresquito, y un jardincito. Por ponerle un pero, el agua caliente es un poco difícil de controlar porque va y viene. Quedar con Jesús fue fácil y rápido. Y a la salida tan solo tuvimos que dejar las llaves allí. Not only is it a great place to be but it’s really well located for exploring the area. "Lovely accommodation in a quiet, rural setting, just 5 minutes walk from amazing beach and sunsets. We really enjoyed our stay and had a very peaceful and relaxing time. "This is a lovely rustic property in the hills above Bolonia. The views and grounds are beautiful. Things to note: the roads are not paved well as you get near the house and there are stairs. Some of the showers are in buildings that are outside. The manager is very responsive and the place is very relaxing."

"The place was in an area where all homes apparently had to be behind giant fences and gates. You have to travel tiny, bumpy dirt roads to get there. The host was very strange towards me, making me feel uncomfortable on multiple occasions. She also has no problem just showing up at your supposedly private home and often pops out of her home when she sees you walking to your car (you have to walk by her home to leave or get to your parking spot). My rental car was also damaged while parked there....

"It’s a very beautiful property with a great location. I would highlight that 2 of the rooms on the top floor and the room on the ground floor doesn’t have Air conditioning which in very hot days makes it difficult to sleep even though it has a fan on the ceiling. Also the facilities on the ground floor, the bathroom is exposed (no doors) - has no privacy which is very odd, if you are spending days with family or friends. Everyone had to use the other bathrooms in the house. The outside garden...

"Sehr nette Gastgeberin und auch hilfsbereit. Unterkunft ist echt schön. Allerdings könnte es etwas sauberer sein. Ebenfalls rennen 5 Hähne herum die am 2:30 Uhr morgen die ganze Zeit Krähen. Somit konnten wir nur mit Ohropax schlafen. Ebenfalls sind 2 Hunde auf dem Grundstück unterwegs die sehr viel bellen. Auch eine Hund Pension oder ähnliches ist in der Nähe die Nachts jaulen. Wen das nicht stört, für den ist die Unterkunft optimal."

"An amazing & beautiful area, of course. And inside house LOOKED good, but clock broken, shower only 3 minutes (no way to wash hair), toilet seat broken, unsafe equipmt on woodstove. Checkout time ruined due to conflicting time zones online. Owner & partner very friendly, but unrealistic. My stay there was pretty bad."

"The property was beautiful! We could see the Mediterranean from the balcony. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us! Just an fyi- We copied and pasted the address into Google maps, which was a mistake. It took us to Gibraltar, if you click on the address from the app it takes you to where you need to go! "

"I stay regular with the hotel . Clean large rooms staff friendly.breakfast good selection. Price good. With pool. Bar. Very close to Gibraltar. And Spanish restaurants bars . Safe area with the locals and views of the bay and boats in the marina "

Excellent staff, fantastic breakfast !

"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, great room with a very nice balcony. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit, plenty of cooked options, good coffee. Lots of areas to sit and relax, it is a lovely hotel. Very close to the train station. I can highly recommend Hotel Mir Octavio and I would stay again"

"This is a great resort location on the beach with two pools and two restaurants. Breakfast buffet is only EUR 10 and dinner buffet was only EUR 25 (prices may be higher in summer). The beach is walkable and about 2kms to the Rota Lighthouse. I spent the first afternoon walking along the beach to the old town and then returned by street to see the old town and newer section. One item different from U.S. properties is that neither of the pools is heated and there is no hot tub. The pools were too cold to use in January but the sun deck on roof of the beach club building was semi-protected from the winds. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. "
