"After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food. "Had good communication before we arrived. Gave personal details via email. We arrived by train from Cadiz. And was about a 15 walk from station. Apartment very easy to find using web maps. We were given info of door codes so entry was easy. Wonderful old building, so much history. Room was fabulous with a split area between kitchen area and bedroom.
