"Extremely basic hotel. Windows could not be opened and the shutters were stuck. However, room was cleaned well each day and new towels provided. Staff were friendly and, im sure, would have been helpful if I needed any. Great central location and the budget price matched expectations"

"The hotel is on a recently renovated building, very close to all main attractions in the city center. We enjoyed very much our stay. BEWARE: The hotel recommends you to stay at the Parking Plaza del Arenal and send you a link to make a reservation, which has to be paid by credit card at least 2 hours before arrival. If you do so, there is a very attractive reduced rate of approximately 10 euros per day. The system advertises it accepts all major credit cards, but none my US based cards...

"Beautifully kept, immaculate, quiet and comfortable. Tucked down a quiet side street, just a few minutes from the centre, the hotel is uninspiring outside. Inside, the reception area is attractive and bright. Warmly greeted - which continued every time we entered and left (you have to leave your key). Room spotless - perhaps slightly old-fashioned but that added to its charm. Bed much more comfortable than it looked - single long pillow seemed odd but didn't cause us any problems. Slightly odd...

"Well appointed newly fitted out hotel. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. Spotlessly clean. Staff welcoming and helpful with good English. They graciously helped us with a booking oversight in a friendly and professional way. There plenty of good food and drink options within a short walk. We would be very happy to stay here again."
