This was the perfect place to stay out of Old Town. We chose it for parking and we were not disappointed. Close to a beautiful beach and lovely restaurants. The staff were lovely and extremely accommodating.

Stayed here before as its a good location. Parking reduced and 50m walk, 50m to a wonderful beach n promenade and 50m for a regular reliable bus to the old town. Spacious room. Lots of hot water. Great buffet breakfast.

the hotel is 2 blocks away from the beach, man dinning option around the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room is clean. Bed could be a bit more confortable. Nice stay.

Nice hotel, not so nice town
Very nice hotel, a block away from the promenade and beach, about 30 minutes walk to the old Cadiz. (There is another Regio hotel on the same street), Lots of food/cafes options.

Really liked and felt safe, I was alone and they would check any guests ID coming in after you so there’s no risk of a stranger following you. Staff were also really nice and friendly

Good for some people, not for others
Good hotel with a location near the beach. This hotel is a 20 minute walk to old town and most of the attractions but there is a bus service available to mitigate that. Hotel was extremely quiet. Would rank this hotel 4/5 if not for a mosquito issue which may have been specific to our room. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap hotel near the beach with nice rooms and don't care so much about not being within a 10 minute walk of all the attractions, this hotel is worth a look.

Lower rate rooms given than booked
I really dislike hotels that try to cheat you to take room that is lower grade than what you have booked. This was one of those. I booked 16m2 double room with terrace and they gave us really small room with no terrace. Neither of our luggage's couldn't be opened in the room floor or counter. No space. The consierge just asked whether we wanted double bed. I said yes, since it was the room type I booked well in advance, when there was no shortage of any room type. The bed in given the room was queen size. Nightly price around 160€. I went to ask for bigger room when I saw what was given to us, and he said the hotel is fully booked. It didn't help that I'm Hotels.com VIP member what should be given upgrade free of charge when available. When we came to the hotel many of the rooms had open doors and no one was in these rooms yet, so intentionally he gave us lower grade room. I checked their web page and noticed he had given us the single room 12m2. I went to discuss with him second time and showed him the image of our room and web page and suddenly they had bigger room available, a twin room. He tried to plame us since I said yes to his question if we wanted double bed. We'll, I said yes since I booked one with terrace and 16m2 space. When we arrived he could have said they have made mistake and over booked 16m2 double bed rooms and could have offered single beds and compensation, but no. Honestly I believe he just wanted to keep better rooms for locals...

Struttura vicino al mare nella zona nuova. Distante dal centro...occorre almeno 40 minuti cammino, altrimenti bus n.1.... manca l'areatore in bagno, la porta è a vetri per cui se la notte si va in bagno, accendendo la luce si illumina la stanza. Colazione buona, ma non c'è il cappuccino...occorre fare il caffe e aggiungere il latte. Cmq un buon hotel.

Aika mukava perushotelli, ja hyvin siisti. Meidän huoneemme ei tosin ollut kovin tilava, ja pöytätilaa oli niukasti. Tyhjä minibar-kaappi toimi mukavasti jääkaappina. Meri ja upea uimaranta on lähellä. Keskikaupungille pääsee hyvin bussilla ja hotellin lähistöllä on ruokapaikkoja ja kauppoja.

Miellyttävä pienehkö hotelli vilkkaan kadun varrella hieman keskustaan ulkopuolella. Paikallisbussilla pääsi reilulla eurolla ydinkeskustaan, joka huokuu elämään. Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta ystävällinen. Saimme pullon cavaa huoneeseen illalla

A localização é ótima e para por aí. O hotel esta bastante deteriorado. Lençol na cama furado, vaso do banheiro quebrado com a tampa fora de encaixe, cama extremamente pequena, balcão sem luz, cândida no bide do banheiro, o que manchou uma das minhas roupas, faltava sabonete na pia. Para entrar no quarto se utiliza uma chave, não transmite nenhuma segurança. Infelizmente, não voltaremos e tão pouco recomendaremos.
