"When we first arrived, the hotel seemed basic and a bit dated, but it really grew on us. First of all, the staff were great. The room was spacious, with two windows onto a landing filled with plants. The bathroom, perfectly functional and surprisingly large, with quiet a/c and ceiling fan. The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. The sauna and gym were closed due to Covid-19, this is understandable but there was no mention of this online, and I tried calling beforehand to ask but no one answered.
