"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"NIU is a lovely, modern, stylish apartment hotel facility with well appointed rooms and a rooftop pool and relaxation area. The rooms feel spacious and the area is quiet. Only a short walk away is the promenade that spans the entire Villajoyosa beach. "

"The apartment is of superior quality and has everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. This property was very well located right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the old town. Central to plenty of bars and quality restaurants. There was a reception which was manned throughout the day and the very pleasant gentlemen would help and advise in any way you requested.
