"Check in was straightforward. Our room wasn’t ready but the lady on reception said she would ring me as soon as it was available. She showed us to some lockers to leave our cases. I received a call about an hour later to say the room was ready. We had been upgraded to an apartment for 4, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. "It is an old property and needs an update. it was built in the 1600s. however, it seems like the intent was to create an "old time Spain" effect. It's not completed, still has construction for the courtyard. The manager was helpful, very kind, and always responded to our requests. The cafe offered a nice breakfast and was nicely presented. The room was clean, but offered no amenities like soap, shampoo, paper towels or coffee, water in the kitchen. The wi-fi and air conditioner worked well, but...

"We loved everything. Lucia was marvellous. I had a minor health issue while I was there and she was so helpful helping me get it sorted. Above and beyond her remit. She is lovely . We have a very large vehicle and she reserved a parking spot for us to accommodate it. I can't fault anything "

"We enjoyed our stay at this spotlessly clean property. Communication was excellent and the keyless entry system which was from an app on our phone was perfect. The location of this property was very central in the historic district. The apartment suites are only a year old and thoughtfully designed. "Loved loved loved our stay here. I traveled with my two teenage children...the apartment was beautiful, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3 days. It was also located within walking distance of most "center" Jerez. We rented a car because we are driving other places, apartment had an underground parking garage (for fee) that was quite convenient...don't bring a large car! Car elevator was a first for us lol.
